Since Mike and I started MXOtech in 2006 we have gained several new clients and friends. This has been an interesting journey with many sleepless nights but rewarding results. We truly enjoy working with all of our clients and staff. As of today our team includes:

We have expanded our recruiting efforts and subscribe to over 20 resume sources including our internal database. This allows us to provide our clients with a broader spectrum of candidates.
We will continue to work on our site to bring in more features and consistently update it with new information. We look forward to continuing working with everyone and growing our businesses.

Welcome to the New Face of MXOtech
|
We are excited to announce that our new website is now live at www.mxotech.com. Many of our clients were not aware of all of the services we offer. We hope that our new site will give you more in depth information. Thank you to everyone for our wonderful testimonials, to the Caxy team for a beautiful website and Craig Hauger for our design. Speaking of design, the meaning of our logo is a symbol of us and our clients working together in a partnership. The two circles are heads of individuals and the round shapes are arms reaching around one another. We feel it's very important to create a partnership with our clients to have a successful relationship.

MXOtech Help Desk

With our new site we are now offering a Help Desk Application to request support electronically. Niki will be contacting all of our clients with a new login and password following this e-mail. The help desk application has a database attached and the ability to provide you with a history of all requests and resolutions. This is a good tool to help MXO and our clients keep track of ongoing issues. Our help desk application is also a work in progress. We are developing additional reporting functionalities and client tracking pages.
Raffi will be managing client infrastructure inventory which will be stored in each client profile. This will be a central point for your technology providers, hardware and other important information related to your network.

I have been spending a lot of time networking and have collected hundreds of business cards and qualified many excellent resources i.e. book keeper, coach (yes you Jim), attorney, commercial realtor, financial advisor, corporate travel agent, marketing designer, web designer and the list goes on.
